How would you counter this objection?
-Do Say • Many of my best clients thought that too. I can see that I may have confused you, or you may have some information that isn’t correct. Can I take a few minutes to clarify how the product will support your business needs? • What are you comparing our product to that makes you feel that way?
-Don’t Say ▪ I know–I think so too! I have to talk to one of our engineers to understand what the darn thing does, so I know how you feel. But the truth is that this product is just what the doctor ordered. Besides, if you buy this from me and I make quota this month, I’ll be eligible for the President’s Club!
